A private company limited by shares, incorporated on 26 May 2013 under the Companies Act 1994 and registered at the Naval Headquarters Complex, Banani, Dhaka-1213. Nou Kollan Foundation holds 999,993 of the 999,999 subscribed ordinary shares; the remaining six are ex officio seats.

- The Board is chaired by the Chief of the Naval Staff. It appoints the Managing Director, who attends the Board as Chief Executive but holds no vote.
